实用文档4.1PartyBwillnotenjoyanyusufructordisposalright(includingbutnotlimitedtotransferenceandpledgeofshareholders’equity)ofshareholders’equityformedbythisshare-holdingonbehalfofthePartyA,underPartyB’sownname. 4.2PartyBshallnottransfertheauthorityofentrustmenttotheThirdPartytoholdabove-mentionedshare-holdingonbehalfofthePartyAorenjoyshareholder’sequityatanymomentorinanysituation,unlessPartyBobtainsPartyA’scommandsorPartyA’swrittenconsent. 4.3UndertheconditionofnotobtainingPartyA’swrittenauthorization,PartyBisnotpermittedtomaketransferenceanddisposalorsetguaranteeofanyformforshare-holdingonbehalfofPartyAandallofbenefitsheldbyitself,moreover,PartyBisnotpermittedtoimplementanyotherbehaviorspossiblydamagingPartyA’sbenefits.   2文案大全
